2011 Lincang Ripe Mini
These 5 gram minis are quite nice and have been a part of our mini-tuocha variety packs since 2012. You can brew these up long and strong or short and sweet. No matter which way you brew these mini-tuo, you’ll enjoy a gentle caffeination and smooth flavor with little bitterness.

Basic Brewing Instructions:
Ripe Pu'er may be given two 5-10 second rinses with the same temperature water as used for brewing. This primes the leaf and warms the pot.
212˚ F water temperature.
Use 1 mini per 8 Oz. of filtered water. Some customers use 1 mini in 4 to 5 ozs and others use 1 mini in 16 ounces. Find your sweet spot.
Recommended first steeping of 30 seconds - 1 minute. Add 30 seconds to one minute for each subsequent infusion.
Tea brewing is meant to be a joyful exploration. There are no hard and fast rules. Experiment with the quantity of tea that you use, and steeping times. Enjoy discovering what your preferences are. They may change day to day.
